Pollen & Dust Filtration System — Allergy Shield Screen
The MBORMC® FD04 is the professional filtration model in our magnetic screen lineup — designed not just to block insects, but to act as a functional barrier against environmental allergens. For hay fever sufferers or those sensitive to urban dust, the FD04 offers a unique dual-layer of protection.
At the core of the FD04 is its high-density micro-weave mesh. Featuring a tighter geometric weave than standard screens, it effectively intercepts larger pollen particles, windblown soot, and organic debris. Despite its higher density, the FD04 maintains balanced airflow, allowing you to keep windows open during peak pollen seasons with peace of mind.
Upgradeable to Entry Door Folding Screen: The FD04 can be upgraded to a heavy-duty entry door folding screen with an aluminum alloy frame and high-density scratch-resistant mesh. Perfect for front doors, patio doors, and villa entrances — dust-proof and allergy-protective while withstanding pet scratching.
FD04 Filtration Standard
Three layers of protection for a healthier indoor environment.
🌾 Pollen Filtration
High-density micro-weave technology effectively captures grass and tree pollen, providing significant relief for hay fever sufferers. Breathe freely with windows open.
🛡️ Urban Dust & Soot Barrier
Passively filters larger dust particles and atmospheric soot from busy roads and city centers. Keeps windowsills, curtains, and furniture cleaner for longer.
🧲 Zero-Gap Magnetic Seal
Precision magnetic alignment ensures no unfiltered air bypasses the screen. The continuous seal outperforms clip-on or Velcro alternatives.
Features & Benefits
Designed for health-conscious families. Naturally purified air.
🌾 Advanced Pollen Defense
The FD04's micro-weave is precisely calibrated to capture a significant portion of grass and tree pollen. Provides essential relief for hay fever sufferers, allowing fresh air in without the typical allergic response.
🛡️ Urban Dust & Soot Barrier
For homes near busy roads or city centers, the FD04 acts as a passive filter against larger dust particles and atmospheric soot, significantly reducing indoor cleaning frequency.
🧲 Zero-Gap Magnetic Seal
To ensure filtration effectiveness, the FD04 utilizes our most precise magnetic alignment. The continuous seal prevents unfiltered air from leaking through sides, a common flaw in clip-on or Velcro alternatives.
🌬️ Balanced Airflow Performance
Despite its tighter weave, the FD04 is designed to allow healthy cross-ventilation. Perfectly balancing high-efficiency filtration with natural cooling.
✨ Non-Invasive 3M™ Installation
Like all MBORMC systems, the FD04 installs without drilling. Genuine 3M industrial-grade tape ensures a secure bond to any frame type while remaining removable.
🚪 Upgradeable to Entry Door Folding Screen
The FD04 can be upgraded to a heavy-duty entry door folding screen with an aluminum alloy frame and high-density scratch-resistant mesh. Perfect for front doors, patio doors, and villa entrances — dust-proof and allergy-protective while withstanding pet scratching.
Technical Specifications

📐 How to Measure Your Door for a Folding Screen
Precise measurements are key to a perfect custom fit. Follow these two methods to measure correctly. Measure twice, order once.
Method 1: Overlay (Cover) Installation
Measure the outer edge of the door frame — width from left outer edge to right outer edge, height from top outer edge to the bottom of the threshold.
Method 2: Recess (Inset) Installation
Measure the inside of the door frame opening — inner width from frame to frame, inner height from top inside edge to the threshold or floor.
Pro Tip: For accuracy, measure at three points (width: top, middle, bottom; height: left, center, right) and use the smallest measurement.
